This information is essential for operating the app and does not directly identify you. It includes:

  • Device Data: Device type, operating system, language settings, and non-personal device identifiers (collected automatically via analytics and crash reporting tools).
  • Usage Logs: Details about how you use the app (e.g., pages visited, duration of use, and chosen analysis models).
  • Search and AI Interaction Data: City selected for search, the selected traveler segment (e.g., Couples, Families, Business), search queries, shared links, and the specific analysis model chosen. This data is necessary to provide customized search results and recommendations.

B. Information Not Collected

We do not collect sensitive information such as your precise location, phone number, payment card details (which are processed by the store provider), or any information about sexual orientation or beliefs.

C. Account Information (for Purchase Purposes)

When making an in-app purchase, we require you to sign in via Google to verify and restore your purchases. We collect the following information provided by Google:

  • Google ID and Email Address: Essential for verifying and restoring your purchase history.
  • Purchase History: A record of subscriptions or premium features purchased.

  • Core Service Operation: Using the selected City and Travel Category to provide personalized hotel recommendations, and processing the links/queries you share by sending them to the analytical AI model to generate analysis results.
  • Service and Analysis Improvement: Analyzing aggregated data to understand user patterns and enhance the accuracy and reliability of analysis and evaluations.
  • Maintenance and Security: Monitoring the app, identifying and resolving technical errors, and ensuring service security.
  • Personalization: Tailoring the search and analysis experience based on the City and selected traveler segment (these categories are used to define service requirements and are not personal classification).
  • Purchase Processing: To verify, fulfill, and restore your in-app purchases and manage your premium subscription access.

Data Sharing with Third Parties

A. Analytical AI Model Provider

Search queries and links, along with custom analysis instructions, are sent to the analytical AI model provider to generate the requested analysis results. The sole purpose of this sharing is to generate and deliver the hotel analysis to you. Please note that the data processing by the provider is governed by their own privacy policies.

B. Analytics Services

We may use analytics services such as Google Firebase or similar tools to collect and analyze the aggregated usage data mentioned in Section 1-A.

C. Identity and Payment Providers (Google)

We use the Google Sign-In service to process in-app purchases. The collected data (Google ID, email) is shared with Google for the purpose of purchase verification and restoration, and this is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
