The HotelYtic App provides personalized hotel recommendations and deep analysis, relying on the geographical location (City) and Travel Category entered by users to provide a list of recommended hotels, followed by a detailed analysis of the selected hotel's reviews and ratings using Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.

Intellectual Property Rights and Scope of Use
All content and technology used in the App (including AI models, interface, and graphics) are the exclusive property of HotelYtic.
Scope of Use (Personal, Non-Commercial Use): The license to use this App is granted to you exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. It is strictly prohibited to exploit analysis results for any commercial purposes, resell them, use them collectively, or scrape them without obtaining prior written consent from us.
Prohibited Use and User Responsibility

Online Purchases and Payments
The Website offers premium features through our official payment provider, Paddle.
Payments: All payments are processed securely through Paddle and are subject to Paddle's terms and conditions.
Refunds: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no credits or analysis reports have been consumed.
Limitation of Legal Liability
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to, your breach of these Terms of Service (especially clauses related to Prohibited Use and Defamation).
